The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Jan. 19 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Andrea Nichole Santiago, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years probation, sentencing Feb. 9.

— John Daniel Wheeler, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing March 2.

— Joseph Bandy, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing March 2.

— Stephan A. Hall Jr., first-degree sexual abuse, sentenced to one year.

— Farrell Wayne Holder, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to three years probation, restitution.

— Jacki E. Morris, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for four years, drug court; receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year, probated for four years, drug court.

— Larry Christopher Puckett, second-degree robbery, sentenced to five years, enhanced to 10 years; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to two years consecutive; second-degree persistent felony offender, pleaded guilty.

— Tasha R. Williams, facilitation to first-degree robbery, sentenced to five years.

— Don E. Attaway, complicity to commit murder, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; attempted murder, amended to complicity to attempted murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years consecutive; sentencing March 2.

— Christopher W. Coleman, complicity to murder, amended to facilitation to murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; attempted murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 years consecutive; sentencing Feb. 9.

— Kristi M. Mattingly, complicity to commit murder, amended to facilitation to murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; attempted murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 13 years consecutive; sentencing March 16.
