The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark District Court Jan. 18 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Daniel V. Banks, speeding, first-degree fleeing or evading police (two counts), disregarding a traffic control device (four counts), reckless driving, attempted murder of a police officer (two counts), first-degree wanton endangerment (seven counts), resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief, waived to grand jury.

— Marie A. Becraft, receiving stolen property, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 60 days conditionally discharged, restitution; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Jason Branham, second-degree escape, resisting arrest, third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, waived to grand jury.

— Jason Branham, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 13 days, restitution.

— Jason D. Branham, second-degree burglary, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), fraudulent use of ID card for benefits, waived to grand jury.

— Dillard W. Finley, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 300 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Christopher Fitrakis, failure to comply with sex offender registration, waived to grand jury.

— Randy Lewis, tampering with prisoner monitoring device, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 45 days, restitution; second-degree escape, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Randy Lewis, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to attempt, dismissed.

— Dearies Quintel Snell, fraudulent use of a credit card over $!0,000, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 57 days conditionally discharged.

— Michael S. Tuttle, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, 90 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 90 days conditionally discharged.

— Blake Willoughby, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.

— Jennifer Young, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, amended to no license in possession, pleaded guilty, fined.
