WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Tiffany R. Benningfield, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Angela Casto, 39, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.

— Steven Lamont Chenailt, 45, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, violation of an EPO/DVO, driving under the influence and first-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Mario Rashad Dalton, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— James P. Harney, 59, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense) and no tail lights.

— Brenda A. Hopewell, no age given, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Ralph Wayne Taulbee, 37, was charged Friday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

Reports

— At 1:54 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 4:24 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a scooter from East Hickman Street.

— At 5:10 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Tiffany R. Benningfield was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:55 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1 Linden Lane for a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:44 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 207 Washington Square for a breaking and entering complaint. Steven Chenault was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

— At 7:07 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 4 Carol Road concerning a theft.

— At 2:23 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a theft of money.

— At 2:57 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Angela Casto was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

— At 10:36 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 109 Springmist Lane concerning a theft of clothes.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 502 Kimberly Drive concerning the theft of a wallet from a vehicle.

— At 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 509 Kimberly Drive concerning a theft of property from a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to nine general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.

— At 11:01 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2450 Colby Road. It was set off by food on the stove.

— At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a fire at 1195 Fulton Road, which was wood material in a concrete culvert.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:39 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 1400 Gay and Evans Road for an investigation.
