Thomas Austin Johnson, 74, of Winchester, husband of Betty M. Johnson, passed away January 28 at his home.

A native of Clark County, he was born September 25, 1942, to the late Thomas Austin Johnson Sr. and Bessie Craycraft Johnson. He was a retired plumber and member of the Lighthouse Church of God.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, James C. (Stephanie) Johnson and Thomas Austin (Bobby Jean) Johnson; brother, Donald Johnson; sister, Reva Brewer; and 5 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by 5 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1pm at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St, with visitation from 11am until the hour of service. Burial will be in the McQuinn Cemetery in Irvine, KY.
