Fix A Cat Campaign meeting
The next Fix a Cat Campaign meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at the Clark County Public Library. All Clark County residents are encouraged to attend the meeting which includes information about homeless cats and discussion about plans to spay and neuter feral cats in the county. Clarification
In the Conkwright Elementary School honors list that ran in the Tuesday edition of the Sun, a student’s name was mistakenly left out. Jaycee McIntosh, a third-grader at Conkwright, should have been included in the principal’s list.
Generations Center chili fundraiser
The 16th annual chili fundraiser for the Generations Center, 32 Meadow St., will be Monday, Feb. 13, for deliveries and Tuesday, Feb. 14, for eat-in. The meal is $6 and includes chili, sandwich, crackers, brownie and a drink. For more information or to place an order, call Diana Sims at 744-3235. All proceeds benefit senior citizen programs.
Caregivers support group meeting
There will be an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care support group meeting at 6 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at First United Methodist Church on South Main Street. The next meeting is Monday, Feb. 13. Any caregiver is welcome to attend meetings. Meetings will include discussions about topics pertinent to Alzheimers or Dementia care and open discussion among caregivers. For more information, contact Sandra Johnson at 859-293-2968.
Ag council meeting Monday
The Clark County Ag Development Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Clark County Extension Service, 1400 Fortune Drive.
Ladies heart health luncheon

Community Education classes offered
Clark County Community Education will offer the following courses:
— Lawn, Garden and Landscape Workshop: Landscape Trees Selection and Care, 5-6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, free.
— Chair yoga, 2-3 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 27 through March 20, $20.
— Easy flow yoga, 6-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20 through March 20, $25; 6-7 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 22 through March 22, $25; or 9:15-10:15 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 through March 23, $25.

Kiwanis announces speakers
Teacher Maria Richards and site coordinator Sarah Brown from George Rogers Clark High School will speak with the Winchester Kiwanis Club about Project Lead The Way during the Feb. 15 meeting. On March 1, state Rep. Donna Mayfield will update club members and visitors on the latest changes in Frankfort. The meetings are from noon to 1 p.m. at the Taste of China on Bypass Road. The public is welcome.
