Charged

— Paige D. Cagle, 23, of 2797 Iron Works Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

— William S. Thomas, 21, of 2797 Iron Works Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:09 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 55 Sewell Shop Road.

— At 7:23 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a clal at 200 Glenway Road.

— At 9:25 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2366 Iron Works Road.

— At 12:02 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2364 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James W. Banks, 38, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:26 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 432 Country Club Court after a tire on a vehicle was slashed.

— At 10:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 6 Jefferson St. after items were taken from a vehicle.

— At 11:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen porch swing.

— At 1:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 3400 Corporate Drive concerning a theft.

— At 1:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 123 N. Main St. concerning a theft. James W. Banks was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 2:19 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 606 W. Lexington Ave. concering a person causing problems.

— At 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, after a person stole a 43-inch television.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to seven general medical calls, five cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one stroke and one seizure.
