— James Robert Conner II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; fraudulent use of ID card for benefits (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing March 9.

— James L. Mingua, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year and one day consecutive; sentencing March 9.

— Gretchen Rayburn, first-degree criminal abuse, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing March 9.

— Lester Smith, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Michael Spoonamore, receiving stolen property – firearm (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; custodial interference, amended to unlawful transaction with a minor, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing March 9.

— Jennifer Rae West, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 9.

— Joshua Logna Wright, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 9.

— Dennis Spicer, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.
