Phyllis Wiseman, 81, wife of Elmer Wiseman, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

She was born in Estill County, Kentucky, on July 28, 1935, to the late Cecil and Hazel Vaughn Patton. She was retired from Sylvania.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Jim Wiseman; four sisters, Betty Olfield, Mildred Richardson, Joe Auxier and Donna Neal; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim Patton. 

Services were private by Scobee Funeral Home.
