Arrests

— Katrina Caudill, 40, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana (two counts) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

— Latasha Conner, 25, was charged Friday with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Charles Ray Gilpin, 31, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of burglary tools, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

— Michael Thomas Ginter, 18, was charged Friday with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Christian Glover, no age given, was charged Saturday with first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a vehicle under the influence, no operator’s license and was served a warrant.

— Tabatha Marie Greer, 29, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

— Clarence Edward Isaacs, 34, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place, theft by unlawful taking from a vehicle and was served a warrant.

— Dale Edward Larson, 53, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Raymond P. Matthews, 54, was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle under the influence and careless driving.

— Amaahd S. Smith, 19, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Christian Austin Veal, 20, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Brandon Scott West, 25, was charged Friday with criminal possession of a forged instrument and was served a warrant.

— Braxton R. Williams, 22, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Reports

— At 9:59 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 1434 W. Lexington Ave. in reference to someone trying to run over an employee.

— At 11:24 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 43 N. Maple St. in reference to someone with forged checks. Latasha Conner, 25, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— At 1:38 p.m Friday, officers took a report of someone using a credit card without permission.

— At 3:38 p.m. Friday, officers responded to Lexington Avenue and Wall Street in reference to public intoxication. Christian Veal, 20, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

— At 10:34 p.m. Friday, officers made a traffic stop at Manor and Boone Avenue.

— At 3:08 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 225 Vaught Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:36 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. in reference to a person walking around the store and yelling, riding an employee’s bicycle without permission and carrying alcohol in his pants. Amaahd Smith, 19, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

— At 9:12 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 205 Sterling St. in reference to someone attempting to steal a stereo. Clarence Isaacs, 34, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking from a vehicle.

— At 9:42 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 8 Cook Ave. in reference to two men carrying a metal pipe and going back and forth from an abandoned house. Charles Gilpin, 31, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of burglary tools, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 11:53 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 344 Hill St. in reference to people gathering in an alley.

— At 12:41 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 175 Hospital Drive in reference to an assault.

— At 4:40 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 106 Holly Ave. in reference to the screens on windows of the home being slashed.

— At 5:52 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 6 Melbourne St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.
