Valentine’s Day 1992 is over, but for Carolyn Bowen it means the opportunity to add to one of her favorite hobbies — collecting old valentines.

“Several years ago I decided it was a shame to put the valentines away so quickly and I decided to frame one or two. They looked so pretty I soon had a full-blown hobby. Now I haunt yard sales and flea markets, looking for them.”

Mr. and Mrs. H. David “Chip” Price have chosen the name, Cameron Lee, for their son born Monday in Colorado Springs, Colo. Price is the only son of Mary Lynne Boxley, Winchester.

The George Rogers Clark High School Cardinal junior varsity basketball team handed Mason County’s JV its second defeat of the season 48-41 Friday at Letcher Norton Gym.
