WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to six general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and three seizures.

Charged

— Gregory Smith, 29, of 111 Buckner St., was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, terroristic threatening and non-payment of fines.

— Tiffeny Ritchie, 28, of Cynthiana, was charged Wednesday with hindering apprehension.

— Michael B. Hensley, 54, of Jackson, was charged Thursday with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving.

— Jessica M. Shuler, 35, of Beattyville, was charged Thursday with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Darrell Sparks, 51, of 5000 Ecton Road, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 310 Agawam Road for a domestic disturbance.

Accidents

— At 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Barbara Doss of Indiana said she was watching signs and did not see a stopped vehicle, which she hit. The driver of the other vehicle, Savannah M. Kelly of Palm Harbor, Florida, and her passenger, Kiana Morales of Haines City, Florida, were both taken to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Pollie Deloris Castro, 37, was charged Wednesday with loitering for prostitution purposes.

— Nancy Lorina Chandler, 39, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and loitering for prostitution purposes.

— Amanda Marie Henson, 34, was charged Wednesday with loitering for prostitution purposes and was served a warrant.

— Ernesto Muniz Batiz, 32, was charged Wednesday for driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 1:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1018 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen credit card.

— At 2:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Main Street and Holly Avenue concerning possible prostitution. Pollie Deloris Castro, Nancy Lorina Chandler and Amanda Marie Henson were all arrested on multiple charges.

— At 5:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning someone attempting to use the caller’s bank card without permission.

— At 5:59 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 2 Elm St. for a vandalism complaint.

— At 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 and Bypass Road,

— At 1:09 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 47 Cherokee Court.
