CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Rebecca Rice, 22, of 12 Johnson St., was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
Reports
— At 9:19 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Freedom Metal, 425 Gawthrop Drive, after someone broke into a building during the night and stole copper.
— At 12:42 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 916 Hackberry Circle concerning an assault.
— At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Hud Road for a harassing communications complaint.
Accidents
— At 5:42 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident at 795 Wills Rupard Road in which Patty B. Griggs of 1887 Trapp Goffs Corner Road said she was trying to leave room for another vehicle to pass. She said she tried to keep her vehicle from going into a creek and it went across the road, struck an embankment and came to rest in a ditch. Griggs was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of head, hip and leg pain.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:33 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.
— At 10:49 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Woodduck Court for a smell of gas.
— At 9:47 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 4900 Iron Works Road.
— At 10:01 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 138 Shanahan Lane for an oven fire.
— At 6:47 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 795 Wills Rupard Road.
— At 10:57 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 391 Log Lick Road.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, one cardiac case and one seizure.
— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two cardiac cases and three respiratory cases.

Charged
— Jessica Renee Dargavell, 30, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
— Christopher Edwards, 19, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Jeremy K. Lester, 29, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Amber Dawn Whalen, 27, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Jimmy L. Woosley, 77, was charged Wednesday with first-degree assault.

— At 2:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 15 Pendleton St. concerning a vehicle with a person slumped over the steering wheel. Jessica Dargavell was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxicaiton.
— At 1:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Christopher Edwards was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 2:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 316 Jackson St. for a property damage report.
— At 4:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Jeremy K. Lester was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 5:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.
— At 6:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 407 Westwood Drive concerning an assault.
— At 7:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a possible stolen vehicle.
— At 11:09 p.m. Tuesday officers were called to 1119 Dale Drive concerning an assault.
— At 4:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault in the emergency room.
— At 10:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Amber Dawn Whalen was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 10:35 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 830 Bypass Road concerning an assault involving a knife. Jimmy L. Woosley was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
— At 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen cell phone.
