The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 16 with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Derrick Keith Bowling, driving under the influence (fourth offense), pleaded guilty, recommended one year, fined; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; failure to illuminate headlights, dismissed; sentencing April 20.

— Derrick Keith Bowling, driving under the influence (fourth or greater offense, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, fined, five-year license suspension; driving on a suspended operator’s license, dismissed; sentencing April 20.

— Amanda Clen, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing April 6.

— Tommy Hamilton, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; sentencing April 6.

— Victor Lee Kincaid, second-degree rape, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degee sexual abuse (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each; sentencing April 20.

— Tra Deanthoney Lay, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, 360 days conditionally discharged.

— Shane Martin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentnecing April 6.

— Ronald L. McCarty Jr., theft by unlawful taking (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; sentencing March 9.

— Donald G. Baker, theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to five years, restitution.

— Deanna Brock, receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.

— Brian McIntosh, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for three years, sentencing April 6.

— Willis Graves, second-degree assault, sentenced to 10 years; sexual misconduct, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to three consecutive; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years concurrent; first-degree unlawful imprisonment, sentenced to three years concurrent.

— Jeremy Griffith, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, sentneced to one year; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, sentenced to five years concurrent; theft by unlawful taking, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Tommy Dale Martin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), sentenced to three years concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, sentenced to four years concurrent; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years concurrent.

— Tommy Dale Martin, receiving stolen property, sentenced to three years concurrent with previous case.
