CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Van Meter Road concerning a theft of money from a truck.

Accidents

— At 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which Quentin S. Bowling of 362 S. Main St was traveling north when he looked at his cell phone and did not see a vehicle slowing in front of him. Bowling’s vehicle struck the other, driven by Samantha A. Jent of 3517 Irvine Road, in the rear. Jent was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to three general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one seizure.

Reports

— At 1:25 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1307 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen television.

— At 1:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 273 Shoppers Drive after a purse was stolen from a vehicle.

— At 2:13 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 115 Tyler Banks Court concerning a stolen car battery.

— At 2:52 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 10 Hood Ave. after items were taken from a car during the night.

— At 3:41 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:29 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2 Northridge Road.
