— AARP Chapter 632 meeting, 4:30 p.m. at James Allen Generations Center, 32 Meadow St. Sandy Stults will speak following a potluck meal.

— Clark County High School class of 1948 lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m., Maddie’s on Main.

— Kiwanis Club of Winchester meeting, noon at Taste of China. Clark County emergency management director Gary Epperson will be the guest speaker. Public welcome.

— Baker Intermediate School-based Decision-making Council meeting, 4 p.m. in the school’s library.

FRIDAY, MARCH 3

— Dedication of highway historical marker commemorating the Boone-Calloway girls kidnapping, 2 p.m. at the Waterfront Restaurant, 363 Athens-Boonesboro Road. A reception will follow the dedication. All are invited to attend.

MONDAY, MARCH 6

— NAMI Winchester-Clark County (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Support/Educational meeting, 7 p.m., at McCready Hall, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 2410 Lexington Road. Anyone (including family members and friends) affected by mental illness is invited to attend meetings. For more information, call 749-3702. Meetings are the first and third Monday of each month.
