Ernest Cole Brandenburg, 86, widower of Bonnie Feltner Brandenburg, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, KY.

A native of Clark County, he was born on November 15, 1930, to the late William and Rosa Hogan Brandenburg. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church, where he served as an elder, deacon, song leader and Sunday school teacher. Mr. Brandenburg was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother to all.

He is survived by his children, grandchildren, brother, sister, many nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 12:00PM Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastors Atwood Winkle and Glendon Mays. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM Saturday until time of service at noon.
