WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS 

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to seven general medical calls, one cardiac case, three respiratory cases and one seizure.

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, five cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one overdose.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Autumn Hufnagle, 19, of 118 Victory Lane, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

— Desmond Davis, 20, of 1335 Clintonville Road, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 4:18 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5283 Bybee Road after someone shot an outbuilding and broke two windows.

— At 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2850 Pine Ridge Road after someone damaged property including an all-terrain vehicle.

— At 9:05 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 670 Right Angle Road concerning an assault.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— William Monroe Malcome, 30, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary.

— Peggy J. Owen, 55, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 1:04 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a breaking-and-entering complaint. William Monroe Malcome was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

— At 1:49 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning someone using a caller’s debit card information without permission.

— At 4:34 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a known person taking the caller’s car keys.

— At 10:07 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 10:14 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 515 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At noon Tuesday, officers were called to 509 N. Main St. concerning an assault.

— At 12:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 151 Strode Station Circle after someone broke into a residence and took several items.

Accidents

— At 8:10 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Madison W. Plowman of 53 Bon Haven Ave. was turning left into a parking lot. She said another driver motioned her across and she did not see an oncoming vehicle, driven by Jessica J. Hollon of Pine Ridge. Plowman was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of pain.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:43 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Kiddville and Oil Spring roads.

— At 12:36 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 179 Cherokee Drive for an investigation.

— At 3:33 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Kentucky Bank, 1975 Bypass Road.

— At 4:28 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Wades Mill and Big Stoner roads for an investigation.

— At 8:35 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2783 Kiddville Road.

— At 6:26 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Road and Woodford Drive.

— At 3:03 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 844 Judy Pike for a chimney fire.

— At 7:15 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Ecton Road.

— At 9:48 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 102 mile marker.

— At 1:20 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Veterans Memorial Parkway and Mount Sterling Road for a report of debris.

— At 3:34 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

— At 4:51 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 6199 Lexington Road concerning a broken utility pole.

— At 7:22 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Trapp Goff’s Corner and Crowe Ridge roads.
