Clark Regional Medical Center has formed a unique partnership with Epic Films to create the health and wellness video series “Transformations.”

With a shared vision of making a positive impact on the health of our community, the two entities collaborated with Josh Miller, owner of Transformations to host a six-part mini-series that would inspire and encourage our community to transform their health.

The series officially launched March 1 and will highlight individuals who have taken steps to improve their health through nutrition and/or exercise.

Topics will range from health as you age, obesity, the importance of family support and more.

“We are excited to release this project,” said Cherie Sibley, chief executive officer at Clark Regional Medical Center. “Our mission is making communities healthier and we recognize that good health often begins outside the walls of the hospital. For that reason we are committed to providing tools and resources for people to improve their health.”

Each episode will be approximately 5 to 7 minutes, and a new episode will launch every two weeks.

Episodes will be available to view on the hospitals website at ClarkRegional.org and will be shared across digital platforms over the next 10 weeks.

The series is strategically launching during the community-wide Wellness Challenge in an effort to keep the community engaged and motivated to be successful in their personal transformations.

The last episode will launch during the hospitals 100th anniversary celebration and Community Health Fair on May 13 where the winners of the Wellness Challenge will be announced, said Katy Hedge, director of marketing and business development at Clark Regional.
