The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Feb. 22 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Christopher R. Edwards, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 28 days conditionally discharged.

— Jeremy Lester, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 58 days conditionally discharged.

— James Bowman, attempted first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, violation of conditions of release, home incarceration revoked, sentenced to 85 days.

— Gordon B. Daniels, fugitive from another state, waived extradition hearing.

— Charles Gilpin, first-degree promoting contraband, waived to grand jury.

— Charles R. Gilpin, receiving stolen property, possession of burglary tools, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, waived to grand jury.

— Christian Glover, first-degree fleeing or evading police, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 135 days conditionally discharged; second-degree fleeing or evading police, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; no operator’s license, dismissed.

— Christina Hughes, third-degree assault, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 356 days conditionally discharged.

— Angela Litteral, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 10 days.

— Maisie Masters, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to attempted possession of a methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 300 days conditionally discharged.

— Jeffery A. Mosley, theft by deception, amended to misdemeanor, dismissed (two cases).

— Jasmine Rucker, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to attempted possession of methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 300 days conditionally discharged.

— Craig D. Williams, second-degree burglary, stipulated to competency and facts, referred to mental health court.

— James Wright, first-degree criminal mischief, contempt of court, waived to grand jury.

— Avanah MacMillan fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 179 days conditionally discharged.

— Michael Morris, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 122 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Peggy Owen, second-degree cruelty to animals, dismissed, forfeit animal.

— James R. Pelfrey, carrying a concealed deadly weapon (two counts), pleaded guilty, 90 days concurrent; carrying a concealed deadly weapon (three counts), dismissed; failure to notify state of address change, pleaded guilty, 90 days concurrent; leaving scene of an accident, pleaded guilty, 90 days concurrent.
