James Steven Dyer, 46, Winchester, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

James was born on July 14, 1970 in Fayette County to the late James O. Dyer and Mary Rogers Dyer.

Survivors in addition to his mother include one sister, Shonna Leon; one brother, John Price; two half-sisters, Olivia Purvis and Marsha Dove; two nieces, Shavonna Stewart and Danielle Brake. James also leaves behind several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father James O. Dyer; a half-sister, Michelle Cochran; a niece, Chelsea Brake.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at the Clarmont Memorial Gardens Shelter.
