CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Katherine Beauchamp, 32, of 115 Pintail Lane, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.

Accidents

— At 11:49 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Kathering Beauchamp of 115 Pintail Lane was traveling east and crossed the center line, striking an oncoming vehicle driven by Edmund K. Buckner of 3770 Combs Ferry Road. Beauchamp was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries and was later arrested.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one stroke

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jonathan Darell Elkins, 32, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

— Dylan Shane Frazier, 19, was charged Thursday with third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, trafficking in marijuana, driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts).

— Rachel Christina Horning, 31, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled subtance.

— Britany Rae Lewis, 35, was charged Thursday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree criminal mischief and was served a warrant.

— Vincent C. Maldonado, 29, was charged Thursday with speeding and driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 4:28 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 601 Westwood Drive concerning a forged check.

— At 9:39 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive after four tires were slashed on a truck.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:47 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 531 Acadia Way.

— At 11:50 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 2700 Colby Road.
