James S. Dyer, 46, Winchester, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

James was born on July 14, 1970 to the late James O. Dyer and Mary Rogers Dyer. He worked as a painter and was a loving son, brother, uncle and cousin.

In addition to his mother, James is survived by one sister, Shonna Leon; one brother, John Price; two half-sisters, Olivia Purvis and Marsha Dove; two nieces, Shavonna Stewart and Danielle Brake; he also leaves behind several great-nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, James was preceded in death by one half-sister, Michelle Cochran; one niece, Chelsea Brake.

Graveside services will be at the Clarmont Memorial Gardens Shelter at 1:00PM Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
