CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 10:01 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 4505 Ecton Road for a dispute about a trailer left on a property.

— At 12:56 p.m. Jan. 26, deputies recovered an Xbox which was pawned without permission.

— At 10:23 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 2179 Athens Boonesboro Road after someone entered a vehicle and took a wallet, ring and other property.

Accidents

— At 12:22 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which Tasha V. Sexton of Stanton pulled out from Justice Lane onto Boonesboro Road and in front of an oncoming vehicle, driven by Brian W. Denham of 775 Quisenberry Lane. Sexton was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 6:19 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident at 2379 Combs Ferry Road in which Alicia P. Malicote of Richmond said she lost control of her vehicle when a tire began shaking. The car went off the road and hit a power box and a fence before overturning twice. Malicote and her two passengers, Tyler Vorhies and Alexlee Skinner, both of Richmond, were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with various injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 2000 Boonesboro Road.

— At 6:54 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of a fire at 868 Big Stoner Road.

— At 2:27 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 5909 Lexington Road.

— At 6:19 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 2379 Combs Ferry Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases and one seizure.

— At 7:17 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a gasoline spill on Pepperwood Court.

— At 3:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:08 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 1122 Dale Drive for a grease fire. It was out when firefighters arrived.

— At 3:16 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 416 Pueblo Court for a fire. It was an unauthorized fire and was extinguished.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Danny Robert Bare, no age given, was charged Sunday with receiving stolen property.

— Roger Clay Estes, 34, was charged Sunday with first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, first-degree wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

— Christopher Dale Everman, 34, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— Robert Aaron Haunes, 35, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Brian Anthony Henry, 35, was charged Friday with fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree burglary, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by unlawful taking.

— Alexander J. Watkins, 30, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 11:21 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 3:48 p.m. Friday, WMU employees recovered several credit cards on Southern Court.

— At 4:02 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 10:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 41 N. Main St. concerning a theft of three pairs of shoes.

— At 11:37 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 111 Finley Road concerning a theft of a tablet computer.

— At 4:48 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a sexual assault. Robert Aaron Haynes was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:13 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 6:22 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 9 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a man making threats.

— At 1:11 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning domestic violence order violation.

— At 6:28 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 400 Shoppers Drive concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 6:38 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 402 Market St. concerning a stolen wall-mounted television.

— At 6:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Christopher Dale Everman was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:42 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning an assault.

Accidents

— At 5:32 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Main Street in which David Webb of 2384 Two Mile Road was turning from Depot Street when his car’s accelerator stuck and he lost control. The car crossed North Main Street and struck the building at 138 N. Main St. Webb was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
