WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Cecil George Edward Caudill, 41, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

— At 12:13 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 228 Jackson St. concerning an assault.

— At 12:16 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 156 Westside Drive concerning a theft of a wallet from a vehicle.

— At 1:54 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 40B N. Main St. concerning an assault. Cecil George Edward Caudill was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:18 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 12:57 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 241 Buffalo Trace concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 1:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 1:37 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 8:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 118 Alabama St. concerning a prowler.

— At 8:38 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 722 Berry Court for a domestic disturbance.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Travis N. Robinson, 18, of 156 E. Washington St., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.

Accidents

— At 11:41 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Darren Patrick of 144 Holly Ave. lost control of his vehicle, and struck a fence and a utility pole. A passenger, Allison Clark of 144 Holly Ave., was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 4:43 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 116 Old Bottom Road concerning a possible natural gas leak.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:44 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.

— At 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 576 Pine Ridge Road.
