— Loving Touch Learning Center, 120 Clintonville Road, 93 percent, personal drink with no straw in food prep area. Follow-up 98 percent.
— Flutterby Discovery Center, 10 Canary Lane, 91 percent, cooking utensils in handwash sink. Follow-up 97 percent.
