Reports

— At 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 518 Kimberly Drive concerning an assault.

— At 12:52 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 370 Wills Rupard Road after someone broke into a residence and took three televisions, three laptop computers and a jewelry box.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one motor vehicle accident.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Anthony Michael Hall, 30, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property.

— John Eugene Lukasavage, 33, was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property, possession of a simulated controlled substance for sale and fraudulent use of an ID card.

— Eric Capo, 41, was charged Tuesday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Matthew Allen Moore, 28, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

— Danny A. Pratt, 55, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

— Amber G. Thomas, 40, was charged Tuesday with careless driving, driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 1:22 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 Carol Road concerning a theft.

— At 8:06 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Winn and Goldie avenues after someone found a gold-colored bag.

— At 9:52 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen weed trimmer.

— At 2:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 665 Tech Drive concerning a theft of a battery and tools from a vehicle.
