— Bryan Thomas Crawford, flagrant non-support, contempt of court (two counts), waived to grand jury.

— William Malcome, second-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 60 days conditionally discharged.

— Jessica Marcum, third-degree burglary, amended to theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 89 days conditionally discharged.

— Byron K. Mays, theft of services, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 76 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Donald Miller, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), first-degree promoting contraband, waived to grand jury.

— Meardie Stidham, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 15 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Ronnie Younger Jr., second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 270 days conditionally discharged.
