WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, three diabetic cases, one stroke, one seizure and one obstetric case.

— At 1:54 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Freeman Corporation, 415 Magnolia St. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:16 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a grass fire on Colby Road.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Dean Bowman, 48, of 1233 Pilot View Road, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police and third-degree assault.

— Laura L. Beach, 41, of Lexington, was charged Friday with trafficking in methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 1233 Pilot View Road for a domestic disturbance. Dean Bowman was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:36 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to Fas Mart, 5400 Revilo Road concerning a suspicious person. Laura Beach was arrested on multiple charges.

— On Thursday, deputies were called to 2194 Pine Ridge Road concerning someone opening an account with her name without permission.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Patricia Branham, 64, was charged Thursday with harassment and third-degree criminal mischief (two counts).

Reports

— At 6:09 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a burglary complaint.

— At 7:38 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 509 N. Main St. concerning a burglary complaint.

— At 8:19 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft and attempted burglary.

Accidents

— At 4:32 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Terry McDaniel of 160 Westmeade Drive was turning left from Bypass Road and was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by Becca K. Townsend of 210 Woodbine Court. McDaniel was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of neck pain.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:15 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sewell Shop Road.

— At 8:27 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
