Sarah B. Turner Taulbee, 95, widow of Everett Taulbee, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation.

She was born on January 30, 1922, in Breathitt County to the late James and Leona Banks Turner. She was a retired Nurse’s Aid and a Kentucky Colonel. She was a member of the Trinity Church of God.

She is survived by three sons, Cecil (Edna) Taulbee, Roy F. (Helena) Taulbee and William (Betty) Taulbee; one brother, Edgar Taulbee; Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Irene Durbin

Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017, at Scobee Funeral Home by Brother Billy Keller. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
