— Brian A. Henry, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree burglary, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, theft by unlawful taking (firearm), waived to grand jury.

— Jason Jointer, speeding, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; reckless driving, dismissed; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty.

— Benjamin Larson, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 14 days.
