The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court March 16, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Anthony Baker Jr., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, sentencing April 13.

— Willus Graves, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended three years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing April 13.

— Michael D. Napier, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended three years diverted for three years; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; sentencing April 13.

— Raul Villa, first-degree rape, dismissed; first-degree sexual abuse (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; incest, dismissed; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing May 18.

— William James Hess, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, dismissed; theft of identity, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing April 13.

— Kristi M. Mattingly, facilitation to murder, sentenced to five years; attempted murder, sentenced to 13 years consecutive.

— Donovan Mitchell King, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to 60 days, balance on probation.
