Bertha Lee Wise, 75, widow of Odell Wise, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born on April 19, 1941, in Estill County, Kentucky, to the late James R. and Stella Shuler Watson. She was a nurse assistant at Fountain Circle Nursing Home and a member of Trinity Church of God.

She is survived by six children, Roger Wise, Phyllis (Ronald) Clem, S. Kathy (Ronnie) Stephens, Rebecca (Rick Ball) Wise, Mary Lamb and Tonya Wise; nine grandchildren, Ryan Clem, Samantha Wise, Matthew Rucker, Cassie Stephens, Brandon Miller, Shavona Prater, Aaron Wise, Bria Wise and Julia Richardson; six great grandchildren, Rhiley Rucker, Braydon Stephens, Leigha Wise, Maddie Prater, Carter and Eden Miller; one brother, Teddy Watson; one sister, Margie Rogers. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Russell Wayne Wise.

Services will be at 2:00PM, Thursday, March 30, 2017, at Trinity Church of God by Bro. Billy Keller. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons and son-in-law’s. Scobee Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 1:00PM until time of services.
