CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Christopher D. Combs, 29, of 123 Kittison Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Tracy C. White, 44, of 340 Browning Lane, was charged Saturday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
— Trevor C. Puckett, 24, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, speeding, reckless driving and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Moran Ramirez-Enrique, 30, of 9 Jackson St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no operator’s license and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Kimberly Henderson, 32, of 102 Park Ave., was charged Monday with receiving stolen property, public intoxication and criminal littering.
— Cedric L. Clark, 35, of 204 Arbor Court, was arrested Wednesday and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police, no operator’s license, rear license plate not illuminated and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 5:11 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Spring Ridge Way concerning a suspicious person going through trash cans. Kimberly Henderson was arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and three diabetic cases.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 6:42 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Clubhouse Drive.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— William Clark, 34, was charged Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a minor and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Ashlea R. Douglas, 21, was charged Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a minor and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Lindsey Strohacker, 31, was charged Wednesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving under the influence (third offense).
Reports
— At 12:22 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 11 Madison Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen license plate.
Accidents
— At 2:43 p.m. March 22, officers responded to an injury accident on Belmont Avenue in which Larry P. Childers of 6 Nunnelly Court lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
