WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, three respiratory cases, one stroke,one diabetic case and two overdoses.

— At 7:55 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 360 Mount Sterling Road for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:10 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire in an apartment building at 235 Carolina Ave. Two of the eight apartments received heavy damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kimberly Lynn Henderson, 32, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property and tampering with physical evidence.

— James K. Mills, no age given, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 8:47 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft of a bank card and money.

— At 11 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 18 Rowland Ave. concerning a theft of a purse. Kimberly Henderson was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and tampering with physical evidence.

— At 11:02 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person threatening an employee.

— At 1:55 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an adult male having contact with the caller’s juvenile daughter.

— At 5:08 p.m. Monday, officers wer e called to 50 N. Main St. concerning a theft of money.

— At 10:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 215 Winn Ave. for a fight in progress.

— At 10:23 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 Georgia St. concerning a DVO violation.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:21 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2841 Old Boonesboro Road.

— At 3:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 261 April Way.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 7:07 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 110 Hibiscus Lane after a vial of Fentanyl was found in a residence.

— At 12:28 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1887 Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone took a gasoline-powered generator.

— At 1:02 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 770 Dogwood Lane concerning damage to a vehicle.

— At 6:21 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 106 Old Iron Works Road after someone broke into a shed and took a chain saw, a weed trimmer, a leaf blower and other property.
