Reports

— At 8:51 a.m. Friday, deputies took a report concerning the theft of a chain saw from a shed on Donaldson Road.

— At 8:55 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Vienna Road.

— At 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Winn Avenue.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Dustin Paul Charles, 34, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Matthew A. Gatewood, 32, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

— Dustin Wayne Holder, 20, was charged Tuesdya with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Jason Brian Stephens, 21, was charged Tuesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

Reports

— At 12:37 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to East Broadway Street and Memorial Park concerning two suspicious people. Dustin Wayne Holder and Jason Brian Stephens were arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— At 3:16 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Dusstin Paul Charles was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 154 Magnolia St. for an animal complaint.
