— Frank Ryan Rayburn, probation violation, terminated from mental health court, stipulated to violation, sentencing April 20.

— Shannon Buckler, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing May 11.

— Jason C. Vanderpool, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing May 11.

— Johnathan R. Price, manufacturing methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing May 11.

— Johnathan Price, manufacturing methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, recommended to 10 years, concurrent with previous case; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing May 11.

— Lee F. Johnson, disregarding a stop sign, dismissed; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing May 11.

— Carissa R. Stephens, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing May 11.

— Cortez Townsend, first-degree criminal abuse, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended three years and one day, sentencing May 11.

— Amanda S. Clem, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— James Robert Conner II, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced five years concurrent; fraudulent use of an ID card for benefits (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced one year concurrent; probated for four years for drug court.

— Benjamin A. Gilbert, third-degree rape, sentenced to five years.

— Tommy Hamilton, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year consecutive, probated for three years.

— Nelson H. Johnson, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Nelson Hagan Johnson, receiving stolen property (two counts), sentenced to two yeras and one day concurrent, concurrent with previous case.

— Shane Martin, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year.

— Stephanie G. Martin, first-degree possession of a controlled subtance, sentenced to three years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years consecutive; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to 30 days; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; probated for three years with drug court.

— Brian McIntosh, receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year with diversion.

— Sean Nathaniel  Howard, probation violation, terminated from drug court, sentenced to 10 years.

— Paul J. Strain Jr., probation violation, probation extended from two years to three years.
