— Medication safety program taught by Maria Chapman of the Kentucky Poison Control Center, 10:30 a.m. at the Generations Center, 32 Meadow St.

— Main Street Clean Sweep in downtown Winchester, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sponsored by Bluegrass Greensource. Volunteers should meet at City Hall and can come at any time during the event. Bluegrass Greensource provides participants with at T-shirt, bags, gloves and litter grabbers.

— Kiwanis auction, 6-10 p.m.

— Winchester Historic Preservation Commission meeting, 6 p.m.  in the City Commission Chambers at Winchester City Hall .

— 28th Annual Boonesboro Lioness Auction to benefit Hospice East, bake sale begins at 4 p.m., autction begins at 6 p.m. at First Church of God, 2500 Colby Road.
