CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a fire at the Clark County Animal Shelter, 5000 Iron Works Road.

— At 9:12 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Kentucky 89 for an investigation.

— At 10:30 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Ecton Road.

— At 8:28 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.

— At 12:01 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at 865 Stratton Lane.

— At 8:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 at the 98 mile marker.

— At 8:20 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 at the 92 mile marker.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Michael Lanners, 26, of 1025 Cross Keys Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with no operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— Roy E. Cantrell, 42, of Phillips,Wisconsin, was charged Saturday as a fugitive from another state.

Accidents

— At 10:31 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ecton Road in which Cheryl W. Keller of 109 Mallard Lane was traveling west when she attempted to pass a tractor when the tractor turned left and struck the car, causing it to overturn. The driver of the tractor, Marcus C. Wiseman, said he was turning left when the vehicle tried to pass. Keller and a passenger were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center by private vehicle.

— At 8:21 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Thomas Mason of 1591 Ecton Road swerved to avoid two oncoming vehicles and struck a guardrail. He was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with a possible chest injury.

Charged

— Anthony C. Cross, 37, was charged Sunday with violation of an EPO/DVO, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

— Eric L. Dennis, 35, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Kim Scott Estes, 59, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— April Exum, 38, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Zachary Paul Griffee, 24, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Tricia L. Kissick, 18, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property (firearm), trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

— Michael David Napier, 28, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Bobbie J. Oaks, 33, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and third-degree assault.

— Stephen Douglas Puckett, 48, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— Santana Renee Townsend, 31, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary.

— At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 18 Ashland Ave. concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 11:13 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive concerning a vandalized vehicle.

— At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Kim Scott Estes was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 2:59 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive for a criminal trespassing complaint.

— At 6:19 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 303 Martins Court concerning a neighbor’s unleashed dog.

— At 6:38 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft of money.

— At 11:24 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning suspected drug activity. Tricia L. Kissick and a 17-year-old male were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:25 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 125 Alabama St. concerning a theft.

— At 12:26 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a theft of jewelry.

— At 8:39 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a shattered glass door.

— At 10:23 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 15 Sterling St. concerning an assault. Stephen Puckett, 48, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 10:47 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 49 Memorial Park after someone broke into a residence.

— At 3:38 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 213 S. Highland St. concerning a prowler. Zachary Paul Griffee was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:23 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 22 Denny Ave. concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 3:32 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 4 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole electronics.

— At 7:02 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 7:42 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault.

— At 10:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault.

— At 9:38 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen phone.

— At 10:21 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 625 W. Lexington Ave. for a welfare check. Anthony C. Cross was arrested on multiple charged.

— At 10:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 20 Euclid Ave. concerning a burglary. Santana Renee Townsend was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday, emergency personnel responded to 42 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, one stroke and five seizures.

— At 6:13 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 1055 Early Drive.

— At 11:08 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 123 Dorset Lane. It was a false alarm.
