— Wendell T. Marrs, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 350 days conditinally discharged.

— Kenneth L. Martin, receiving stolen property, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Sandra Risner, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 90 days conditionally discharged.

— Isaiah B. Woolwine, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 76 days conditionally discharged; fraudulent use of ID card, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Roy E. Cantrell, fugitive from another state, waived extradition.
