— Clark’s Pump N Shop, 201 N. Main St., 92 percent.

— Beech Springs Farm Market, 4776 Old Boonesboro Road, 97 percent.

— Sam’s Hot Dogs, 1200 Bypass Road, 94 percent.

— Ark of Mercy, 254 Winn Ave., 93 percent.

— Full Circle Market, 240 Redwing Drive, 95 percent no “use-by” or “destroy-by” date on chicken salad. Follow-up 99 percent.

— Winchester Elks Lodge, 255 Shoppers Drive, 93 percent.

— Domino’s Pizza, 1476 W. Lexington Ave., 83 percent, open soft drink in food prep area, chemical spray bottles unlabeled. Follow-up 94 percent.

— Campbell Jr. High School, 620 Boone Ave., 87 percent, baked beans at 84 degrees. Follow-up 96 percent.

— Giovanni’s, 728 Boone Ave., 93 percent.
