WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Gary Michael Berryman, 39, was charged Monday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, public intoxication, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking.
— Steve Epperson, 40, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug and public intoxication.
— Courtney L. Haggard, 45, was charged Monday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence.
— Chelia B. Haggins, 37, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Reports
— At 10:28 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 429 Oxford Drive after someone broke the rear window on a car.
— At 7:21 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1695 Bypass Road concerning a vehicle damaged by broken glass.
— At 8:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 153 Cherry St. after someone spray painted a house.
— At 8:57 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 261 Winn Ave. after someone damaged the gate.
— At 9:16 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 50 N. Main St. concerning an assault.
— At 10:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 10 Taylor Ave. concerning drug activity. Chelia Haggins was arrested on multiple charges.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:48 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 640 Log Lick Road.
— At 5:22 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 98 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at the 98 mile marker on Interstate 64.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and one seizure.
