The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit County May 4, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— David G. Campbell, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing June 8.

— Jeremy Cecil, first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended seven and a half years; first-degree sodomy, amended to first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended seven and a half years concurrent; sentencing Aug. 3.

— Greg Larison, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing June 8.

— Gregory K. Larison, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; unlawful possession of a meth precursor, pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; possession of simulated controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing June 8.

— Gina Jones, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days; sentencing June 8.

— Douglas Arther Carpenter, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, sentenced to two years; contempt of court, dismissed as merged.

— Kyle F. Hebert, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation set aside, sentenced to one year.

— Lillian Barnett, complicity to murder, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; complicity to first-degree burglary, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; complicity to first-degree assault (two counts), amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; sentencing June 8.
