CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Rebecca A. Sutton, 45, of Mount Sterling, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, reckless driving and illegal use of a communication device.
Reports
— At 1:07 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 3243 Ecton Road after a truck damaged a mailbox.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one diabetic case.

— Kimberly Lynn Henderson, 33, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Denzel O’Neal Hill, 24, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.
— Shannon M. Jones, 45, was charged Thursday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— At 1:34 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 429 Oxford Drive concerning an assault. Denzel Hill was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.
— At 8:57 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 35 S. Highland St. after a tenant moved out and took the stove and refrigerator.
— At 9:21 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 124 Sterling St. after a 55-inch television and a phone sim card were stolen.
— At 11:13 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.
— At 3:57 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 147 Stevenson Heights for a domestic disturbance.
— At 8:23 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 509 N. Main St. concerning an assault.
— At 9:04 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person sending threatening text messages.

— At 1:41 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5990 Lexington Road.
— At 3:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Dry Fork Road.
