Harvey B. Robinson Sr., 96, died Tuesday, May 16 at Stanton nursing home.

He was a native of Winchester, husband of the late Patsy Robinson and owner of Robinson and Son’s salvage and Fifth St. grocery. He was a deacon of Broadway Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by a son Harvey Jr.

He is survived by daughter Frances Parish, sons Dixie (Hattie) Robinson, James Robinson and Jackie (Eva) Robinson. Seventeen grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, sisters in law, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Monday, May 22, 2017, at 6pm with visitation at 4pm, both at Broadway Christian Church. Rev. Raymond Smith officiating. Burial 10am Tuesday at Winchester Cemetery.
