The following indictments were returned by a Clark County grand jury May 19.

— Elizabeth Ball and Kenneth N. Jarman, manufacturing methamphetamine, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (Jarman), first-degree persistent felony offender (Jarman).

— David McIntosh, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), first-degree persistent felony offender.

— Zachary D. Whalen, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts).

— Nicholas McCarty, public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree persistent felony offender.

— Michael D. Napier, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Darrin R. Tays, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication.

— John Rodgers and Barbara Wood, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband.

— Johnathan Price, first-degree bail jumping.
