CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Manfred Seth Williams, 24, of Pikeville, was charged Friday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant and a criminal summons.
— Melanie R. Vincent, 36, of Lancaster, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
— Daniel Graham, 66, of Paris, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

— Andrew S. Castle, 32, of 318 Carolina Ave., was charged Monday with no seat belt and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Brandon J. Griffett, 28, of 50 1/2 S. Main St., was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Brandi Bowman, 32, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
Reports
— At 11 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 2060 Two Mile Road after a vehicle was stolen from the driveway during the night.
— At 8:43 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 693 White Turley Road for a possible domestic situation.
— At 9:22 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, concerning three people stealing from the business. Brandon J. Griffett and Brandi Bowman were arrested and charged.
Accidents
— At 2:09 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 103 mile marker in which Angela C. Redmond-Frye of Lexington was traveling west when a tire blew. The vehicle struck a rock wall and overturned. Redmond-Frye and Shirley Greene of Lexington were transported to St. Joseph of Mount Sterling with unspecified injuries.
— At 6:02 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 6 mile marker in which Raymond A. Govreau Jr. of Cincinnati, Ohio, was traveling west when a tire blew. The vehicle struck an embankment and overturned several times. A passenger, Aaron Osgood of Cincinnati, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:10 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64 near the 103 mile marker.
— On Saturday, firefighters provided mutual aid to Powell County for an incident at Red River Gorge.
— At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3565 Pine Ridge Road.
— At 6:04 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 5 mile marker.
— At 11:05 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 725 Right Angle Road.
— At 7:21 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2126 Crowe Ridge Road.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 21 general medical calls, four overdoses, two seizures, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, two diabetic cases and one stroke.
— At 4:14 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at 100 McCormick Drive.
— At 9:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized fire at 14 Bel Air Drive
— At 3:32 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 6:23 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a lawn mower on fire at 1196 Fulton Road.
— At 7:55 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a downed power line at 46 Smith Ave.
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to nine general medical calls, one cardiac case and one diabetic case.

Charged
— Brandon Chrisshawn Grizzell, 37, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, reckless driving and no operator’s license.
— Theodore Scott, 44, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Jason Dwayne Stump, 31, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a minor and resisting arrest.
— Donna Jean Worley, 36, was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

Accidents
— At 5:41 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which Stephen B. Perdue of 725 Estes Drive said he was traveling west when a vehicle in front of hiim stopped suddenly and he could not stop in time. The other driver, Stella M. Curtis of 5 Fairview Ave., said she slowed because a vehicle in front of her was turning. Curtis was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
