CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— James W. McDaniel, 54, of 3440 Jackson Ferry Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and no registration plate.
— Jessica N. Burton, 22, of 6667 Ecton Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence, driving on an expired operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and illegal possession of a legend drug.
— Derrick M. Hagen, 36, of Richmond, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence (second offense) and failure to wear seat belt.
Reports
At 12:29 p.m. Wednesday, deputies took a report concerning a known female making false accusations.
— At 4:59 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 7000 Bybee Road concerning a stolen license plate.
— At noon Thursday, deputies were called to 112 Hibiscus Lane after someone used the caller’s credit card information to make several purchases.
— At 4:29 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 124 Blueberry Lane concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 8:39 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Goff’s Corner Market, 12335 Iron Works Road, concerning an assault.
— AT 1:57 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to Winchester Shell, 570 Van Meter Road, concerning an assault.
Accidents
— At 11:22 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Ecton Road in which Jessica N. Burton of 6667 Ecton Road said she looked down at her phone and her vehicle drifted off the road. Burton overcorrected, went through a ditch and struck a tree. Burton was arrested for multiple offenses. She was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Lanetta Cecil, 42, was charged Tuesday with disregarding a stosp sign and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
— Nickoel Jamie Manley, 44, was charged Tuesday with shoplifting under $500.
— Delina Reneea Sons, 34, was charged Tuesday with first-degree wanton endangerment, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Gerald Lee Andrews 49, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).
— Kimberly Leann Combs, 38, was charged Wednesdsy ith first-degree wanton endangerment.
— Bertha Fugate, 39, was charged Wednesday with second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
— Carolyn Sue Slone, 47, was charged Wednesday with failure to signal, driving on an expired operator’s license, failure to notify state of address change, illegal possession of a legend drug and was served a warrant.
— Teresa Leann Warner, 37, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol intoxication.

— At 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to West Lexington Avenue and Bloomfield Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.
— At 4:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 360 W. Washington St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.
— At 5:41 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 230 Vaught Road in reference to a stolen bicycle.
— At 9:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of a theft.
— At 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 40B N. Main St. in reference to a woman carrying a gun and looking for someone who allegedly robbed her. Delina Reneea Sons, 34, was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— At 11:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to a shoplifter. Nickoel Jamie Manley, 44, was arrested and charged with shoplifting under $500.
— At 2:24 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 205 Sterling St. concenring a person causing a problem.
— At 3:07 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1101 Dale Drive concerning an assault.
— AT 3:51 a.m. Wednesday, officers ere called to 40B N. Main St. for a domestic disturbance.
— At 4:38 p.m. Wednesday officers were called to 1001 Westwood Drive concerning an out-of-control juvenile.
— At 12:33 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1101 Westwood Drive concerning a theft.
— At 8:12 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 109 Fifth St. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 9:39 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 304 Springmist Lane for a vandalism complaint.
— At 1:29 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1750 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 2:17 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a juvenile receiving inappropriate photos.
— At 2:35 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning stolen tools.
Accidents
— At 1:48 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Tammy B. Manley of Olympia said the accelerator seemed to stick on her car and struck another vehicle, driven by Nathan R. Mays of Beattyville, from behind. Mays’ vehicle then struck a third, driven by Nora Blanton of Paris. Manley was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency medical personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, three respiratory cases and one seizure.
— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one seizure.
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to nine general medical calls, two cardiac cases one respiratory case, one seizure and one overdose.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:49 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Southern States, 5799 Rockwell Road.
— At 10:04 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 129 Hibiscus Lane.
— At 11:22 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Ecton and Goshen roads.
