Naomi C. Justice, 96, of Winchester, wife of the late Dow Justice, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

She was born on January 25, 1921, in Hellier, KY. to the late Thomas and Stella Iricks Courtney. She was an avid prize winning quilter, as well as a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her loving family.

Survivors include a son and daughter, Isaac and Ileene Justice, and a sister, Imogene Marcum, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Naomi was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Compton; four brothers, Foster Courtney, Charles Finley Courtney, T.J. Courtney and Carles Courtney.

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM-7:00PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at Scobee Funeral Home, 219 W. Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY. 40391. Additional visitation will be on Thursday, June 1, 2017, from 1:00PM-2:30PM at the J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home, 703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY. 41501.

Entombment will follow in the O.T. Hinton Mausoleum at Johnson Memorial Park in Pikeville.
