CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:35 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 200 Glenway Road.

— At 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 6625 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 11:23 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 300 Brinegar Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Gary Wayne Fouch, 33, was charged Wednesday with giving officer a false name or address, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 12:29 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one stroke, three seizures and one overdose. 

— At 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 106 Finley Ave.

— At 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, 12 Carol Road. It was caused by a refrigeration leak.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— On Wednesday, deputies were called to 485 McCullough Lane concerning a theft of property from a barn and residence including copper pans, jewelry, several tools and die-cast trucks.

— At 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 1167 E. Therese Drive concerning a theft of property from a truck.

— At 8:19 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 310 Sarah Court concerning a criminal trespassing complaint.
