— Cherie Christopher first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 240 days, 233 days conditionally discharged.
— Obadiah Israel, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 174 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.
— Cody Jones, second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 166 days conditionally discharged.
— Jeremiah Jones, custodial interference, waived to grand jury.
— Tim Rose, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.
